做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
