做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
