做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
