做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
